Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Kriliya platform. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Kriliya is management software for car-rental agencies (fleet, reservations, contracts, invoicing, etc.). The service is provided "as is" and may evolve.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate information, the confidentiality of your credentials, and actions taken under your account. You must be authorized to bind your agency.
3. Price & payment
Kriliya is delivered as a dedicated deployment, billed once in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Payment is by bank transfer against a quote; installation starts on receipt. There is no subscription and no commission on your bookings. Domain name and hosting remain your own cost, in your own name.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, to comply with the law, and to upload only data you are entitled to use. Abuse may lead to suspension.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You are responsible for its lawfulness and your customers' rights. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, brand and code remain the property of Kriliya. Payment grants you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use your own deployment; your data is yours and stays exportable at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kriliya is not liable for indirect damages or data loss resulting from misuse. You are responsible for your business operations.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account for breach. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
